Please, when placing your order, make sure that the delivery information is correct and do no forget to give us a phone number to contact you if you need to confirm any incommplete information.

Once the payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an online tracking number and a phone number where he can check the status of the shipment of his order at any time. For more information check our SHIPPING Policy.


All products are insured. In the event that the product shipped is damaged during transport, the customer must report it within 24 hours of receipt. It is recommended to open the package and check the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and, if there is any damage, return the package at the same time. In these cases we will contact the customer, either to offer another similar product or pay the amount paid once the package is returned.


As long as the product is in perfect condition, it offers the possibility of an exchange or return for the purchase value in a period not exceeding 20 days. Please note that the shipping costs in this case must be borne by the customer or brought directly to our physical store.

In all these cases an email should be sent to ines@magicgardens.es explaining the causes or reasons for return. We will respond as soon as possible. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication and sending is carried out within the period of time stipulated in each case. Shipments of orders from our online store will be made through the AMS and GLS courier companies throughout the Spanish territory and most of Europe (countries and delivery prices can be verified at the time of making the purchase).


If, for any computer error or any other cause, any price of our products is affected, whether at a cost that is extremely opposite, has a point or comma out of place or any other reason, please notify before making your purchase . If for any reason a customer makes a purchase of a product at a price that does not apply, whether it is much lower or higher, we will proceed to make a full refund of the purchase and contact the customer, so that he can make his Order with the right prices. In Magic Gardens we are committed to maintaining adequate prices for each product, thus avoiding unfair competition with other companies that are within the same area.


You can see the colors of our products in the images of the same and, in some cases, in the description. However, depending on the monitor and its setting, the color seen on your screen may vary significantly.


Once a course has been acquired, if for some reason the student could not attend it, he could exchange it for another one on a different date, paying the difference if necessary, or he would be given a VALUE OF PRODUCTS from the store; all this as long as it is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. After this date no refund or change will be made, except in the event that the minimum capacity for its realization is not covered, which will be 3 students, in this case the total amount of the same could be paid if you wish the client.
